For the second beer to come out of Das Ale Haus, I went with a blonde ale brewed with raspberry honey. I’d definitely say it is an improvement over my first brew, Albino Lager. The hops of the ale come through, but aren’t overpowering, and the raspberry honey adds a nice finish to the beer. It really comes out in the after taste and at the end of your drink. I think the beer could afford to be a little hoppier, and again I overcarbonated the brew, but it is a step in the right direction. My focus from here on out will be figuring out this carbonation situation, but for my second beer, and first with extra flavors, I was pleased.
