My first home brew, named Albino Lager for its light taste and color, is finally ready to drink. I’ve started off brewing using the Mr. Beer home brew system, which I find to be great for an extreme beginner with limited space like myself. This beer was a good introductory beer, nothing too fancy involved, just hopped malt extract and water. It finished clear and crisp, a very drinkable beer. Definitely one you could chill with all night. Overall, I was very satisfied with my first effort.
